On December 12,2022, at the faculty of Business and Economics Gipuzkoa section of UPV/EHU the committee of the University-Business Classroom for the Management of Sustainability and Circular Economy met with the aim of approving the report of activities carried out in 2022 and giving the award of the first edition to the inclusion of the Sustainable Development and Circular Economy in Bachelor Degree thesis and Master Degree thesis. This award is financed by the DFB/GFA.

This commission is formed by Jose Ignacio Asensio (Deputy of Environment and Hidraulic Works), Igor Álvarez (Director of the Classroom), Ana Beraza(Vice-Dean) and Mónica Pedreira (Regional Secretary of Environment) On the other hand, award was given to Julen Manchado for his Bachelor degree thesis carried out on the implementation of the SDG in the company Biurrarena SCoop.
